It is an ideal machine designed for the monolithic processing of kitchen, bathroom covers and workbenches, office and home furniture, door panels and all kinds of decoration materials, and especially for the cover manufacturers to make all kinds of nesting applications over the complete panel.
BODY STRUCTURE AND BRIDGE SYSTEM
The machine body is made of rectified steel, welded and machined precisely.
The machine consists essentially of a fixed table and a movable bridge on the Y axis. Since the bridge is mounted on both sides of the fixed table, it has vibration-free, very precise movement capability. The vertical milling motor moving on the X and Z axes also works on this bridge.
MOTION ELEMENTS AND BEARING
The mobile units are mounted on slides on the linear XY axis and driven by a pinion-rack. Thanks to this system, the machine has very precise movement ability and high performance quality at high speeds.
Axial movements are provided by carriages, which are independent of 4 points on linear guides. These linear guideways are made of hardened steel and also feature self-lubrication.
The movement on the Z axis is controlled by worm screw.
FLAT WORK TABLE
“COMPACT” special material is used in the production of flat table. The table is divided into channels in equal squares to ensure smooth air circulation during operation of the vacuum pump and consequently to hold the work piece tight to the surface. Since these channels are opened with the machine’s own mill, the center precision is zero.
Thanks to the grooves on the flat table, it is also possible to work independently by raising the work pieces by placing independent vacuum cups if desired.
There are 6 pneumatic stop pistons (reference stop) on the sides of the machine table to reset the work pieces.
VACUUM PUMPS
Free Air Volume: 175 m 3 / h x 2 Pieces
Suction filters and adjustment vanes are integrated into the system thanks to the modern design of the pump. With a single shaft and direct drive system, this pump has a very long service life with low running and maintenance cost.
VERTICAL MILLING MOTOR

8-POSITION LINEAR TOOL CHANGE UNIT
The unit is mounted linearly at the rear of the machine and in the X axis position. Thanks to this position, tool changing movements can be performed in short distances and maximize working time. Conical holders, ferrules and work tools are not included.
DRIVE MOTORS
All axial movements are performed with AC, Digital and brushless “YASKAWA” SERVO MOTOR’s and drives.
All cables, air and lubrication hoses are concealed in axially movable cable trays designed specifically for robotic applications. In this way, they are protected against all kinds of impacts from outside.
COMPUTER AND CNC EQUIPMENT
Windows based “OSAI” CNC unit, Turkish operating system and AlphaCAM” compatible interface software on CNC operator are available. The PC is equipped with color screen, keyboard, mouse and wireless modem.

The milling motor is controlled by the TA DELTA ”high-frequency drive (inverter). All switchgear elements on the control cabinet are “ SIEMENS / and / or“ SCHENEIDER ”.
REMOTE CONTROL – AUTO. TOOL SIZE MEASUREMENT – AUTO. LUBRICATION
